Cambodia is a country with boarders to Vietnam, Laos and Thailand and about 13 million inhabitants. Even if it is not a quite common travel destination it has a lot of beautiful places to offer.
Here are the top 3:

Angkor Wat

Angkor Wat
It is the most famous and largest temple in the region Angkor in Cambodia. It was built around 1113 – 1150 and renewed several times afterwards. It is a very beautiful place to visit. If you want to see the surroundings, you can use Tuk Tuks, bikes or even go by helicopter or balloon if there is some more budget left.

Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh
The capital of Cambodia seems to be boring and dusty at the first moment. But if you look closer there is a lot of beauty that is just waiting to be discovered. If you’re interested in culture and history – Phnom Penh is your place to be! Architecture like temples and palaces and houses from the times of French colonies are only a few things to visit.

Siem Reap

Siem Reap
Siem Reap is a very famous destination for tourists because it is close to Angkor Wat. The city has a lot of cute little stores and markets that offer handmade products. Furthermore, there is a nice market called Psar Chas which tourists and also the people from Siem Reap love a lot – but caution, you could pass hours there watching all the colorful and interesting things that are sold.
